My name is Josh Bath, and I’m a licensed real estate agent with 33 years of experience. I own two real estate offices, where I lead and support agents at all stages of their careers. My journey began with encouragement from my Tae kwon do instructor, who inspired me to transition from sharpening skates at a hockey shop to pursuing real estate—a decision that has fueled my passion ever since.
What I love most about this industry is the variety it brings. Whether helping someone purchase their first home or navigating tough negotiations, I thrive on building lifelong relationships and solving challenges.
In 2019, I began teaching formally at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, though I had been sharing my knowledge for over two decades through training sessions and materials I developed at my brokerage. Teaching reflects my belief in elevating others through learning and collaboration.
Outside of work, I’m a dedicated father to my two children and an avid triathlete, currently training for my second Ironman. My upbringing on a hippie commune in Lillooet, BC, and my partner’s inspiring outlook on life continue to shape my perspective and drive for growth.
